I have been there over 2 years and I haven’t had any problems at all the front office they are really nice and friendly people they greet you at the front office with a smile and they are really helpful people . The maintenance people they are very helpful as well
Water bugs out the ass yall please do not move out there, the whole foundation is messed up. Pool haven’t open in 2 years. Me and my old lady was only out here 10 months and they went three 4 property manger. We went a whole winter without heat 🤦🏿♂️ . I visited today to display the issue I was having with my account. The property manager greeted me with a smile.( which was comforting) As i expressed my concerns, she listened and solved my issue! Thank you soo much!!
I scheduled a tour almost a week ago to come tour this property. I get a confirmation text this morning, only to arrive at the property and was told by a random person who answered the door that the leasing agents had not arrived yet. 20 minutes after our tour was scheduled to start, I get a text saying they have nothing available to show and they canceled our tour. been here almost 11 years and we are on the third management company. The first one was good and the place was real nice and quiet and clean. then came the second Nussbaum where they were always behind on everything especially the utilities. Lock broke on my door and could not get fixed because there were no maintenance people to fix it and they were let go. they left and along came franklin group and Trina who was decent but still could not get my lock fixed because no maintenance people. since they took over I have not rec... read more
