been here almost 11 years and we are on the third management company. The first one was good and the place was real nice and quiet and clean. then came the second Nussbaum where they were always behind on everything especially the utilities. Lock broke on my door and could not get fixed because there were no maintenance people to fix it and they were let go. they left and along came franklin group and Trina who was decent but still could not get my lock fixed because no maintenance people. since they took over I have not rec... read more
By far the worst move experience i’ve ever had. The new property manager Trina has been great and has done her very best to get things situated for myself and my family and I’m sooo appreciative of her, but nonetheless I’m disappointed and still feel my issues still aren’t being resolved fairly. I guess it’s business though. Business was just not conducted properly prior to new management taking over so I’m left to pay additional money due to the negligence of a disgruntled employee(I wont disclose her name).Anywho, I enjoy ... read more
Today was move-in day and it was definitely a weight lifted off my shoulders, Ms.Adriana was so help and explained everything to the T. I’m excited about moving into this new complex ;) definitely worth 5 stars
I gave Ms.Adrien five stars plus some because she really worked hard to get me into my apartment. She's all about her residents.
