Rated for service provided by the management company. More reactive than proactive. Customer service is not high on their list of priorities. I've worked with many property management companies and this one is the worst. Perhaps if they remembered that the homeowners are their employers and not second class citizens, I would give a far better review. The neighbors are great, schools are great, safe area. This town is a nice place to live.
