I had physical therapy in Cedarburg with Jordan. He was wonderful. He is a great listener and very caring. I have finished my therapy, and am feeling so much better. He gave me many exercises and I am able to continue them at home.

Jordan Waugh helped me quickly recover from hip replacement surgery. He was great to work with. He explained why we did the exercises that we did, educating me about the muscles that we were working with. With Jordan’s guidance, I have made great progress and have strong motivation to continue my PT at home. Kathryn at the front desk was efficient and friendly also.

I came to Jordan Waugh with back pain radiating into my spine and neck. I was worried about this issue and I learned from him its an aging process, coupled with wear and tear along with arthritis. He always had a smile and was very patient. He was interesting to converse with and his knowledge of anatomy was a learning experience for me. Jordan Waugh is my therapist. All exercises were explained, so I knew what I was doing. He listened to problem. s I had and helped me correct them. I learned exercises that have hugely increased my balance and stair walking. I would definitely go back to him if I have problems in the future.

I have worked with Lauren M. one more than one occasion for low back pain, sciatica, and neck and shoulder pain. She is an incredible therapist and instructs me on what I need to do to supplement my therapy sessions. I had tremendous neck and shoulder pain this last session and Lauren was able to alignment my spine back to relieve the constant pain and pressure. She really knows her anatomy. This facility is clean and welcoming and all the staff and office are so professional. Thank you again Lauren M!
