I bought a trumpkin style sauna and further modified it. I was quite intimidated when the 2400lbs of sauna arrived. I don't have any remote extensive carpentry skills but I have a saw and can measure. Between the instructions and the online videos it went surprisingly smooth. If you order any sort of trumpkin specs sauna, they will take 11 months to make it. They also expect you to unload the sauna yourself despite high shipping price.
We ordered a Trumpkin style sauna in May 2025 totaling 17k. They lied repeatedly through out the process about when it would be done -- the original quoted time was winter of 2025. In April 2026 after contacting them countless times, they finally said it was ready to be shipped. When they did ship it, it arrived in a 2500 lb (equivalent three pianos) shipment. Really wanted to like this place, but very disappointed and annoyed. First time we visited, the employees we met were really nice and helpful. Second time, the salesman we talked to was outright rude. My wife had brought along my father-in-law, who is Finnish and has built many saunas. We flew him from Finland to Seattle to build our sauna. He was trying to translate the supplies he wanted to buy, but the salesman not only didn’t want to help, he was condescending and kept telling us our techniques and terminology were wrong... read more
A pleasure to deal with! They went out of there way to earn my business and left me completely satisfied. My sauna heater arrived in. Less than a week during the Christmas holidays and I live cross country! I was truly amazed at there aggressive pricing. No one came remotely close to what I paid. In mu opinion if your looking for anything related to steam or sauna and dont give them a shot you will probably over spend. I usually do not take the time to do reviews. But I have to say they earned it.!
