Cedarbrook completely transformed our backyard patio and deck. Our project was in many ways complex, including the need to re-engineer and remove deck footers beams for more space between, while not tearing down the entire deck as the deck boards, railing, etc were all still in great shape. We were installing new hardscaping features such as pool, wood fireplace, gas fireplace and bar and counter area on the patio. We purchased a house in Olney last year, and knew when we purchased it that the deck needed some issues addressed. We met with several contractors and received quotes for the work. Cedarbrook truly delivered! From a complete deck rebuild to fixing a shifting second-story porch, they handled everything with professionalism and expertise. Lenny was awesome and worked with my timeline while I was in the middle of refinancing to afford the repairs. He even helped with some appraisal repairs so the loan would go through. The finished deck looks great; they used quality materials, and most importantly, it is sturdy, safe, and we love it! I'm 100% choosing them for a future project I have planned.
