Parks and Rec, haha Looking at the park, my sister and I liked how many different things that were available to residents. The homes with the fireplaces, the horseshoe pits, and the fishing area were all new to us. Krista was very nice and told us about Highland Rec being so close.
great place, besides the pond Upon first look, the architecture of the clubhouse is charming and hobbit-hole esque. I like that there is a full kitchen with cupboards in the clubhouse that is available for resident use. Not a huge fan of the pond because it brings in geese, but for the most part, management tries to keep them at bay.
Comfy for me Since it's just me and my terrier, it's just enough space for us to be comfortable. I have people over regularly to visit, and my living room space is nice. When I first looked at the place, it was nice that the trailer was so big and that it had a little fireplace. Made me want to decorate for Christmas in August. I love the location too. Very close to Milford and decently close to Highland Rec. Taking day trips to hike in the woods is refreshing.
The CE nice clean park with plenty to do in the area. Highland Rec is just down the road and the complex is real close to downtown Milford and Alpine for the skiers.
Life on the Lake Staying at Cedarbrook has been one of my better encounters in renting. The park is well kept, the grass and flowers tended, and for the most part the neighbors are nice. The clubhouse is a little dated, but cozy and convenient if you need more space for a family party or something. I'd live here again.
