We built a house with Cedarbrook Builders and after completion had many issues that the builder would not address within the 90 day timeframe allotted, some items were not fixed after 1 year and the builder said he was not sure he was going to fix the items for us. From our experience, it seemed like the builder did not take pride in his product. We would not recommend.
Great Company from the top down. I would highly recommend Cedarbrook Builders when it comes to building your next home. Very personable, dependable, and good at what they do!
