FYI: management has changed since this review was originally made. To be seen how things change... Been staying here for a few months now. The park owner/manager is great. The environment here is peaceful and relaxing.
The sell from Dave Sires was shady, we were not notified of any talk of a sale and right after paying Dave rent we found out about the sale so he wasn't even the owner when he collected, then the new owner refuses to call me back and refuses to sit down with us to work out a rental agreement but keeps having people from out of state harassing me calling me to setup payment? Everyone in the park was paying something different due to there budget the new owner has yet to reach out
Dave sires is the owner he was doing a great job then he ran for city council and now state senate and his wife has been trying to fight us with every little inconvenience we ask for help with an addutude behind it we were given a shead by Dave to store our lawn mower when I would have gotten one but the shead is broken to where we can't get into it to store anything in it, I've explained that to Lisa and asked for some assistance with her replying no but yet she expects us to still get a lawn mower and leave it out to get r... read more
