Kathy and her team take great care of my stepmom at Homestead. Since the day she moved in a couple of years ago, she has raved about how much she likes the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff. When I visited her in Hays recently, I saw it firsthand. They provide great personalized care and make you feel like you're part of a family. Every staff member that we met had a welcoming, friendly attitude. Great job Homestead...keep up the great work!
This is a wonderful facility. After making the difficult decision of moving our mother from her home, we have found that the Homestead staff treats all their residents as a family- -making this transition so much more comforting. They are so accommodating and flexible to each resident’s needs; they really treated our mother special on her birthday. We all feel at peace knowing she’s in such great care.
Homestead is truly the next best thing to being in your own home. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very caring and attentive to the residents and their families. We have been very happy with our experience and are thankful that our loved one chose to live here. I would highly recommend Homestead to anyone considering an assisted living facility.
I have nothing but praise for Homestead. Both my mother and father enjoyed their time there. My father in particular often told me these were some of the happiest years of his life. My brother and I live some distance from Hays, so having our parents at Homestead was an assurance they were well cared for and loved. I believe that my father was able to celebrate his 93rd birthday because of that love and care.
