Heather is absolutely fantastic! My lab (Hope) was very sick with a uterine infection which was killing her this past winter. Hope's 8 years old (considered too old by some to risk operating on). However, Heather immediately recommended operating to save Hope's life. There was NO hesitation and she took care of Hope that very day! They were good to get my sick kitty in ASAP. Everyone there is caring and takes the time to explain things to you. They also treat the animals the way I treat my animals with love and respect for their anxiety and pain or illness. They do not do a cursory exam and then hurry to get you out of there so they can get on to the next patient. The office is clean and welcoming.
Heather is so good with the animals, she knows what she is doing and is so kind and caring.
Dr. Thinnes is a very kind man! Our animals will never be seen by anyone else!🤗
