Will never store our things here again!!! Most everything was covered in mouse dropping!! We only went here because our other storage unit place that we like didn't have any units available at the time. Thankfully they have some units available now.
I really like this storage and those who answer the phone very kind.
Big 'lots'? Nicely stored all of out stuff
HORRIBLE experience! I bought a "protection plan" that's supposed to PROTECT. My stuff was covered in rats, rat poop, and insects. I had to get rid of so much stuff. I called regarding this issue and they said that these things are not covered and that their hands are tied. I have texted Ana, but she stated she could not receive my texts which is odd because I've texted her before and she was able to respond. I've had to call in to try and get help, and I keep getting told that this is something that their contract states th... read more
