Top notch facility. Clean organized. Great management to work with. Highly recommend working them.
Amazing customer service. Had a small issue with a discount not applying my first bill and they went above and beyond to fix it immediately. Sign up was so easy and it's a great facility. It's our first storage unit experience and they made it far less stressful than I expected. Highly recommend.
I had a unit here and it was fine. My Father in law still has one there and the last two times I have tried to enter the premises the gates won't open. It's a very pressing matter, I need my inversion table. My back is wrecked so you can imagine how pissed off I am that I can't get access for over two months now. Easy to rent online, super cheap compared to other places in the Eagle Mountain area and it's basically brand new. Has 2 gates, which is good because they had one got hit by someone a couple months ago. Good RV lot uncovered they said theyre gonna add covered parking soon. Good simple experience overall!
