Amazing customer service. Had a small issue with a discount not applying my first bill and they went above and beyond to fix it immediately. Sign up was so easy and it's a great facility. It's our first storage unit experience and they made it far less stressful than I expected. Highly recommend.
I had a unit here and it was fine. My Father in law still has one there and the last two times I have tried to enter the premises the gates won't open. It's a very pressing matter, I need my inversion table. My back is wrecked so you can imagine how pissed off I am that I can't get access for over two months now. Love how new this place is and how clean. Feels super safe. It was easy to rent online and move right in!
Stoked to have this brand new facility with gates and cameras and everything so close to where I just moved at Firefly. Wish I could fit my trailer in the bays with walls and doors, but the owners said they're going to build some covered stalls soon! Price has been great and easy to do everything online, love!
