Cedar Valley Hospice treated my grandma and entire family with care, respect, and dignity throughout the last few months of her life. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and we felt comfortable to ask any questions we had. We could not have asked for better care and truly appreciated having Cedar Valley Hospice on board during this difficult time. Words cannot describe our gratitude.
I never know when hospice is coming so if they don’t tell me, I’m waiting all day long for them and then they come when I’m gone. Communication is terrible. So my mom is suffering really bad. Nobody’s help to create comfort for her. When I call them because my mom is puking up brown stuff and her chest hurts there’s nothing they can do for me. Hospice, has never done one thing for me. CVH was wonderful when my loved one was passing . The care they received, support we were given, and the entire experience was very good.
