Dr. Hart diagnosed and completed the procedures for ear tubes and adenoidectomy for my 2 y/o daughter. He was incredibly kind to both of us and did such a great job educating us each step of the way. He made an unfortunate experience MUCH easier. I’m so grateful we were matched up with him.
Dr. Hart is the best, knowledgeable and kind and caring and extremely patient wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else .
My son has a posterior tongue tie that inhibits his ability to breastfeed, and have been struggling with breastfeeding for his first three weeks of life. He was diagnosed by our lactation specialist and his general doctor as having a tongue tie. When I called to make the appointment his nurse told me that he can revise a posterior tongue tie. Was not informed when appointment was made that the patient MUST see their audiologist, told them this was not needed for this ear concern. The front desk staff Mary had a bad attitude, said too bad it is our policy. Was told it was all one charge. The Audiologist was very rude. Dr. Hart did a very brief exam because he was behind. I then was CHARGED FOR 2 SPECIALISTS , even though my insurance company states it should NOT be filled that way. Was going to take out tonsils for reaccuring strep throat but she was too sick and we went to vinton ent. That ent looked and found nothing wrong with tonsils. Daughter ended up having Lyme disease and that was what was causing strep. Why wouldn't he tell us that her tonsils looked fine? Money marker and not patients best interest at heart
