I just visited for the first time today! I'm a photographer and was doing a pregnancy announcement session. The gardens were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the lady at the main desk was helpful and let me know of a few good places before we entered the park! Will definitely be back😊

Beautiful facilities and grounds.
The Cedar Valley Arboretum and Botanic Gardens are so beautiful. I was absolutely delighted with the flower gardens everywhere and the peaceful settings. good place to go to relax and read or meditate or just enjoy nature. The children's garden is adorable.
Absolutely one of my favorite places in the Cedar Valley
Just nice to go and see spring come alive. Nice to have a wide are to walk in too.
We had an amazing time. So much to see. The kids loved the kid zone. We will be back next year.
A world-class arboretum which has been gradually developed over the last 20+ years and gets a little better every year!! :-). It will surprise and inspire you, and it is well worth the short drive south of Waterloo to just east of the Hawkeye Community College campus! There is a wide assortment of pumpkins, gourds, and fall decorative items to choose from for purchase and you can enjoy a relaxing walk through the flower gardens! Bring the whole family on a fall weekend afternoon...you won't be disappointed!
What a great experience! My friends and I made memories we will hold forever walking the trails and experiencing something new. The flowers are well taken care of and the staff is friendly. Can't wait to go back :)
