3800 square foot house with two furnaces. The down stairs furnace ducts had more dirt and dust then expected for Cedar Valley Air Duct Cleaning. They informed me that they were too dirty for them to clean and that high amounts of dirt and sand like material would damage their machine. Don't contact them if your ducts are dirty. In my upstairs where the ducts were relatively clean, comment made by their employee, they were able to clean with no issue.
