Cedar Valley 4 Rent has some of the best management I've ever experienced, actually truly the best out of all. I have been a tenant under them for 4 plus years, and have rented from other various places previously for 18 years. Every time I've ever had a maintenance issue or any question or concern, they are very responsive and truly care about their renters. I highly recommend them. Very fair very respectful and kind. I wouldn’t even give them half a star. First they’ll act very sweet the time you’re doing a first walk through. I’ve only rented from this management for a year and only one I time I call them to fix the sink and I was charged for that. I had spent a whole week cleaning the place before I moved out. And what do you know, they ripped me off my $525 deposit and gave me $82 back. I remember the day I did my walk through with one of them.
