I took the Hanen TalkAbility class with Dr. Amy and it has been life changing. This program gave me the skills to further help my son with his social communication. Dr. Amy is the best. Her first hand knowledge and genuine understanding of our kids is priceless. I would highly recommend TalkAbility and Dr. Amy.
Dr. Amy is a miracle worker! She works virtually with our 13 year old son with ASD. She has helped him with peer interactions, sibling relationships, and she’s even taught him to smile for pictures! We are so lucky to have found her, what a special skill set she has for exactly what we needed!! Our son not only doesn’t give us grief about “going to” his sessions, he actually looks forward to them:)
Dr. Amy is literally a life saver! She has done complete wonders with my 6 year old son over the past few months. Dr Amy is amazing! She is great with kids and communicating with families. What impressed me most is her highly responsive, tailored and individualized approach to each patients needs. If I mention a specific concern or challenge, she is always prepared with a plan to help address specific problems effectively. Nothing generic ever, she puts tremendous thought into how to support each patient and their families to help them make progress!
