Very sweet, and honest about business and prices. I was in a car accident and work near there, he gave me the name and address of someone who does body work near by and gave me fair price for any work that needed to be done on the inside of the car. Fortunately all my car needed was body work so I didn't have to go to two places.

He attempted to charge me too damn much. He said the oxygen sensor was bad. He wanted 160 for the part and 160 for labor. But his labor rate was only 85 an hour. I installed it myself and it took me only 20 minutes. So, how do you compute 160 for labor at a rate of 85 per hour when it takes just 20 minutes to install the part?? I could understand if he added the diagnosis to the labor price, but I paid him 85 separately to check out the car, and tell me whats wrong with it. fantastic friendly guys. I took my car there because my previous mechanic said that I need new shocks. for reasons I won't get into, I no longer trust my old mechanic. bill took a look for free and determined that there wasn't a problem with the shocks so he just charged me for the wiper blades I needed. great friendly honest service. I heard of cedar Taylor from clients who drive from Mentor to see the team there for all repairs.
