I was recently scheduled for a Cholecystectomy Laparoscopic. I had been in pain for 2 months, on hydrocodone for 2 weeks prior to and ran out the night before. I had to go to CC instead of where I live in STG due to not being able to get in for 2 months so there was an hour drive each way. I was in pain as I went to my scheduled surgery appt. This is a painful review for me to post. Dr. Munford is very, very kind to his patients, he does not rush you out of his office like many other doctors. He also called me after office hours to go over test results, which no other doctor has done. He is lovely. However. His receptionist Lorraine is wildly unprofessional, mean, and honestly borderline medically abusive to patients that could one day result in a lawsuit. She told me over the phone that I was “wasting her time” by trying to give her information for a referral, w... read more
Dr. Munford was very attentive to my concerns about being a type 1 diabetic and family history of colon cancer. Had no issues after surgery and the doctor was excellent with his post surgery explanations.
Dr. Munford really listened to my concerns. His attention to detail regarding my MRI was critical to my health journey and I’m so grateful! Dr. Munford truly cares about his patients.
I really love Dr Munford and his staff. The receptionist is very nice. I had a colonoscopy done by him, and now I am having my gallbladder removed by him. The receptionist is very respectful and caring If for some reason she can't answer the phone when you call, she has always called me back. They really seem to care and listen to you.
