Dr. Munford was very helpful and knowledgeable. His office staff were quick to getting on the schedule.
Dr. Mumford took excellent care of my husband . Amazing nurses , amazing anesthesiologist and most of all amazing Dr. Mumford . They are kind , knowledgable, patient and professional. 10/10 excellent care !!
Dr. Munford seemed like a very kind knowledgeable surgeon. Unfortunately, my husband’s colonoscopy got coded wrong and because of that we ended up being billed $5000 from the hospital. My main complaint is that Lorraine, Dr. Mumford’s office receptionist is one of the most impatient, condescending, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any medical office. I could not even speak without her talking over me or basically telling me that what I was saying was incorrect or false. She went out of her way to be rude. She ... read more
Never got to see Dr. Munford even though I had a referral from the VA. His receptionist Nancy is doing everything in her power for me not to get seen for a reason I’m unaware of and she has been rude to my health insurance about the three month process it has now been.
