The staff at the counter at fantastic. I just left an appointment with the locum. I left feeling like I wasted time and my health was dismissed. One item. No care. No discussion of side effects. No renewals for other urgent medications. One 30 day prescription. Definitely made me feel like a number with a per appointment fee on my forehead. Come back often. I want your money not your health woes. That was cold and uncomfortable.
The receptionists and medical staff are some of the best I have ever encountered. They are always welcoming and friendly when you go in and try their very best to make you feel comfortable. And the nurse practitioners and doctors take the time to listen. You sometimes need to advocate a little hard on your own behalf but I am not if this is a communication issue on my part or them having to see so many people and getting a little lost in the fray. But they do their best at all times!
Our family has received the most amazing care from the team at Cedar Medical! Megan Somerville is an exceptional nurse practitioner — caring, patient, and truly attentive. I also want to highlight the front-of-house team working the phones and administration. They are consistently kind, courteous, and helpful in every situation. We feel very fortunate to be supported by such a wonderful team.
Awful bedside manner, I was in tears before my procedure even started. There is a lot more to say but I'll leave it at that. It's worth looking for a different clinic if you have that option.
