Called in the morning and Eric was here in the afternoon to identify the problem. Repairs done the next afternoon. Fully satisfied.
I had a washing machine drain overflow problem. Cedar Springs fixed the problem and I got a bill for $575. No explanation for this charge. Wrote a letter to the company asking why there was no breakdown for service call, for parts or for labour. No reply back. I will not be using this company again, I thought this was very expensive and poor customer service not to reply back or to itemize the bill.
Great service and prices. Eric is my plumber of choice!!
