It is a trailer, which sales must be returned to the trust of my mother, Kay F Barber Trust, who passed in February of 2024. I've had no water for 2 days and no number to call maintenance in an emergency and I have kids and it's Christmas!!!!!!! We can't cook or use the bathroom!!!!

Cedar Springs Mobile Estates' policy for when the office is closed is to call our emergency line, which is located in our Rules and Regulations paperwork, as well as the lease. Unfortunately this particular resident could not locate her paperwork, so we never received word of her issue until she sent us a Facebook message.
