I have no issues with the practitioners, but this rating is for other employees. I filled out a request for my records to be sent to a medical establishment and was told that they did. About a month later when I went to the place, I was told the records were never sent. I had also requested a copy of the records for myself and was assured that they would do it but they never did that either. Being chronically ill I see and go to a lot of doctors offices and specialists. This is by far the worst office!! Absolutely no privacy with lab work. Went here since I needed updated blood work since previous was bad, and this is much closer then my doctors.I was waiting to get blood drawn in the hallway and a doctor came by with a patient and saw me sitting waiting and continued to bring her patient in to get blood work next skipping me. The staff working at the front desk and answering phones should have a mandatory customer service training! Oh my gosh, I never had encounter someone so short and impolite as I did at this office, every time I call. Which is not often BTW.
I absolutely love who my kids see (katie post). Unfortunately whenever I call for myself or for for my kids the receptionist is ALWAYS rude, cuts me off, raises their voices.. etc. I’ve never experienced people so rude. Unfortunately we are switching due to them. They are never welcoming, kind or ever smile.
