I absolutely love who my kids see (katie post). Unfortunately whenever I call for myself or for for my kids the receptionist is ALWAYS rude, cuts me off, raises their voices.. etc. I’ve never experienced people so rude. Unfortunately we are switching due to them. They are never welcoming, kind or ever smile.

Definitely needs a better secretary. I tried calling to schedule an appointment and the lady flat out said "no" with the biggest attitude ever all because it was an appointment that would take longer than 5min
