Very Bad Service slow to respond to prescription request, take for ever to get in and see the doctor which you will only see the PA.
I have read reviews of the office staff being less than great and I have experienced that myself. However, today I called to make an appointment at the Cedar Springs office and Jamie answered. She was so helpful, patient and kind and talked to me about setting up a virtual appointment so I wouldn't have to find a ride and could see a health provider sooner. She was an absolute gem and I am grateful for the helpful information that she gave me. I hope she reads this and knows that her delightful demeanor is appreciated!
