Best team of doctors and nurses hands down. I love you guys thank you so much for what you do. They are so compassionate. They will treat you as a person instead of an object. They care!
I have been calling everyday for the past week to make an appointment with a new primary due to moving to cedar springs and everytime I call they say the office is closed and I call multiple times a day im very disappointed with the service and I have yet to receive any actual human contact and all I want to do is make an appointment with my new primary doctor so I can get my medication back so nothing bad happens to me but that seems like a lot to ask
Dr's here don't care they will not help you Dr dood has the worse bedside manner I have ever seen a refused to even help other then surgery and just sat there and and said nothing for 5 mind just looking at me and asked me why I got upset idk maybe because you waisted my time and money again. I'm over the Dr's I'll just take care of it myself
Been going here awhile and their front desk staff is atrocious. Honestly I'm shocked any of these people work in customer service. Not a kind word, smile, ounce of compassion, nada. Every time I come in or call they are rude. Bordering on hostile at times. (Don't they have signs saying they don't tolerate aggressive behavior??) I haven't had any issues with the nurses or the P.A.' s.... But someone seriously needs to have a talk with the people in the front. *edit* the front desk has gotten better. I arrived for my appointment on time, and proceeded to wait in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the front, they told me that the nurse practitioner Sarah refused to see me, even though the reason I was late was due to a long line, which both receptionists confirmed.
