I more or less became a patient there randomly. When I first moved to the area and got insurance, I had to pick a PCP. I told the woman on the phone, pick the closest doctor that's accepting new patients. That's how I ended up with Doctor Bragwell as my PCP and he has been excellent. I had a lot of things going on and ended up with a lot of referrals, mostly within the University of Michigan West health system and the process has gone well. Jenny, who I spoke to on 4/25/25 was probably the rudest person I've ever spoke to. She refused to answer my questions, kept cutting me off, raised her voice, and was very condescending. Extremely unprofessional in a way I've never been treated before.

Dr. Schmid has seen me and my daughter for the last year - she has been nothing short of excellent! The nursing team is exceptional, as well. Front desk staff, however, is REALLY hit or miss. Some of them have been kind, but others have condescending attitudes and limited bed(phone)side manner.

My mother's doctor is Steven bargwell he's a great doctor. Dr Steven takes really good care of my mom. He takes the time to listen and also explains in a way she can understand. My mother fell so we had to make an appointment for her she was seaned by Dr Kenneth dood he was the most Internet. Person I have ever met. As we were explaining to him what happened, he literally called us a liar. We asked him if he could set up an MRI because my mother had fallen and hit her head.
