Dr Mark is amazing at what he does! I’m so happy that I found a great chiropractor!! My first adjustment I never felt so relieved. I recommend by far the best place I’ve been ! Very clean and professional setting. Great location, the staff are friendly and very welcoming.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It has been 3 months with my care and I absolutely love how my mobility is back. It is much easier to perform daily tasks which otherwise were restrictive due to my condition. About 10 years ago I started to see dr Mark at Cedars Springs in Ancaster. My neck was very painful and could hardly turn my head either to the left or right. Dr Mark took an X-ray to see what the problem was. The first years I started going for my adjustment’s 3 times a week, then it was 2 times but for last couple of years I go once every 2 weeks to maintain it. The staff in the office are all very friendly. It really helped me a lot and I recommend to go there when you have problems.
