About 10 years ago I started to see dr Mark at Cedars Springs in Ancaster. My neck was very painful and could hardly turn my head either to the left or right. Dr Mark took an X-ray to see what the problem was. The first years I started going for my adjustment’s 3 times a week, then it was 2 times but for last couple of years I go once every 2 weeks to maintain it. The staff in the office are all very friendly. It really helped me a lot and I recommend to go there when you have problems.
This is a very nice environment! We always felle listened and it was a great experience for my whole family. We discovered our issues and Dr. Mark, Keona and the Team were always ready to help us and guide us. As a mom, I learn a lot about my health and I will continue to do the exercises, I felt a huge difference in my mobility and I'm relieved that I was in the best hands... so my kids will continue with their treatment and we can see the whole family working with the Cedar Springs team to have a healthy and happy life!
