NURSES BEWARE!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY YEARS OF NURSING WORKED FOR A PLACE SO UNORGANIZED AND SO HARMFUL. THERE IS NEGLECT AROUND THE BUILDING..THESE PATIENTS ARE PAYING 17,000+ A MONTH FOR THEIR STAY TO GET MEDIOCRE FOOD, MEDIOCRE CARE FROM NURSES, SUPPLIES ARE VERY LIMITED, PATIENTS GOING WEEKS WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION BECAUSE NO ONE HAS THE “TIME” TO FOLLOW UP WITH PHARMACY OR PRACTITIONERS ..PLACING A BANDAGE ONLY ON A TUNNELING STAGE 3 WOUND, NO REBREATHER MASKS IN THE BUILDING IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES THE CRASH CART IS ... read more

Our elderly mother recently moved in. The care is absolutely minimal. My mother requires and pays for full support. She is very disabled. This morning I visited and found urine soaked bandages on the floor by the unmade bed that had been there since she woke up. There has been no toilet paper in the bathroom for several days despite repeated requests. Meanwhile Staff are resting in lounge chairs by the tv or are at the computer. They attempted to book me as a performer, expected me to work for less than half of my booking rate and did not agree to making a deposit until the night before the event. When I emailed to accept the late deposit acknowledgement but had some concerns communication dropped off, and with out even canceling they hired someone else. I had spent time preparing over 30 minutes of material for them at a heavily discounted rate and they completely disrespected my time and labor.
