My husband and I were visiting in Bastrop today. We stopped in for Sunday Brunch as recommended by our son-in-law. We were welcomed and seated by the owner. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and casual. We had a fantastic waitress who recommended the Tomato Florentine Soup, one of her personal favorites. We also had the warm Brie with Apples, Tortellini a la Crema and the Penne Rustica. We enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to family members.
Great family restaurant – We stopped by this restaurant because we saw the billboard stating "Best Italian in Bastrop". We had to wait a bit to be seated because they had to make arrangements for 5 people. Service was slower than we're used to, but the friendliness of the staff made up for it.
