A very nice, affordable community place to live....2 bedroom/1 bath starting at $550 and all bills are paid. It's also convenient to town and Hwy 84.
The apartments are all quiet and the other people tend to keep to themselves. The rent is the best deal after calling around and looking. They also have weekly and biweekly deals which is good for me. I will probably live here for quite a while.
More Info from the Owners: All of our apartments are 2-bedroom, approx. 700 square feet of living space, and All Bills Paid, including Cable! We also offer short leases, and weekly or monthly rates. Prices run from $140/week to $185/week or $600/month to $795/month and are dependent on the number of people in the apartment and how much remodeling we've done to it. Sorry, but NO pets!
