In my darkest hour. This staff was the most professional and supportive. They gave me grace and support with compassionate care.
Shading billing practices. Keep copies of all financial paperwork they have you sign also keep in contact with your insurance. They charged as clinic then every doctor, and separate procedures despite charging for them. They tried to unbundle codes and then when you correct them they get snippy. After deductible and coinsurance they are still trying to charge more despite insurance EOb clearly stating they cannot balance bill and I am only supposed to pay what insurance approved.
I was asked to upfront pay $440 for my medical procedure, later found from my insurance that I only need to pay $85.61 as my out of pocket as rest have been covered by my insurance. I have been calling the clinic for more than a months now and I am just hearing excuses like we have not recived the payment (while my insurance confirms that the payment was made on Dec 26th 2025), then I was told that it is not reflecting in their account and today I was told that they are not sure whether I am eligible for the refund or not an... read more
Initial information provided to my 16yo regarding choices and supportive information was done well. Once the decision to terminate is made, an ultrasound is performed to confirm gestation of fetus. If your wanting/ needing to terminate yet torn with your decision the technician making statements of "oh it's developed a spine." and printing an image doesn't leave you with much choice as now there's an attachment, an image that relates to you.
