This clinic and someone by name Rose Duran prescribed my son hormones medication to trans a just after one his appointment, she was not thinking that he probably need mental health help , she a just did it right a way. My son change his mind and desire all the time and he is on autism spectrum so who ever is doing this to our kids should not work in healthcare . I was in shock for a longer period and this hurts my health , this clinic is dangerous and should be closed 😡
This was the worst clinic experience. The front desk asked for IDs from everyone who came with the patient, including their partner. The doctor pressured pregnant women to choose surgery and required payment by check or cash. They made sure to emphasize the amount needed before the procedure, and the cost was very expensive. If you need an interpreter, your boyfriend, husband, or another person with you may not be allowed to translate. The staff were generally professional in the beginning and the procedure was quick. The one person who deserves a five star is the medical assistant, who treated me like an actual human. They made me and many others wait for over six hours, which is way longer than they’d told me to expect. When asked when the medical team was going to get to me, the nurses became stern and cold, and coldly told me to arrange a different ride or schedule on a different day!!!
