Buyer beware regarding inaccurate information regarding the Cedar Ridge development. Before I bought a home in Cedar Ridge, I asked the model rep about HOA fees & was informed that the cost would be about $350 annually. I was shocked & dismayed after the sale was finalized to find out that the actual HOA cost was almost $1,000 annually. To add insult to injury, most of the money will be used for road maintenance because except for one road in the development, the rest are private & the HOA has to maintain them.
We had an appointment scheduled with Christy. The agent failed to call or show up. The person that was there called her. She didn’t ask to speak to us to apologize. It was only after we sent an email explaining we flew from L.A. which she was aware of, did she later apologize but then when we tried to reschedule another visit she never followed up with us. I thought maybe they don’t want gay couples in their community. Also don’t like the fact they don’t have indoor fireplaces or tub in the master bath.
