Horrible customer service...
Everything is absolutely easy. Getting a unit and emptying the unit. I have absolutely no complaints.
No notifications that the Cedar Ridge Storage had been sold to Go Store It. Never received a new lease to sigh. They clain i did. No records in my email of such. No records in my email of the price increase for the so called protection. No notifications that my bill had been raised and no notifications that an insurance had been added. I started out paying $85 per month for my unit. Now it's $119.50. This is a rip off. Update. Nowy rent has been raised to $140 per month. This is bullshit. I never had any trouble. They had flooding in the area and they emailed me to let me know that it didn't get in my unit, if it did it would've only been at the front but it never did.
Cedar ridge sold Go Store it. The worst decision ever. Rates skyrocketed! I can NEVER get a representative on the line. I get put on hold for over 10 minutes and then get transferred to a VM. The worst switch ever! Go store it please hire more representatives and answer your phone.
