My dad died a few months ago. Went to the storage unit to see what could be done with his unit. The office staff (Lisa and Adam) where very supportive and understanding.
I appreciate that I was able to do my entire sign up online and didn't have to go in. However when I arrived in person the latch on my unit was bent and we couldn't get it open! I emailed and heard nothing, so I called. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful, polite, straightforward and professional. He moved my account to the unit next door and had my paperwork in my inbox and fixed the whole issue in one phone call.
