I have had a easy user experience when renting storage unit. Over last year I had a couple bumps in the road (both issues created by myself) the facility manager ( lives local in Whitney) was able to come right down and handled me in a professional way but also like a friend that cared about my situation. You can talk to someone or rent a unit online. Units are clean and affordable with easy access but also security is strong.
Don’t do business here. When Whittney storage sold out to this major corporation my rent went up 12% a couple months after the transfer. It only took another few months before they raised it 56%! Charging big city storage prices in a small town. If you lock in a promotional deal just be prepared to be gouged immediately after your promotion runs up.
