Quality home that is energy efficient and appealing. We bought our first home with them in WA and have been very happy. Had some drainage issues with the lot but these were addressed by the builder and they were accommodating and very responsive.
We purchased a new build home from Cedar Ridge Homes and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into months of frustration, disappointment, and regret. The house itself came with so many issues that it feels like we bought a lemon disguised as a home. This is for future home buyers. Do not buy a house from Cedar Ridge. Worst builder we have ever experienced. They don’t honor their warranty! They don’t answer calls for warranty repair. They use substandard materials and don’t stand by their work. New build homes having so many issues is crazy to me. The site supervisors are horrendous to work with. Most homeowners in our community share the same sentiment.
