It was big and very nice
Amazing theater, good visibility, high tech, great venue for plays
The theatre itself was clean and well maintained. While tickets must be pre-purchased, the process was initially unclear and frustrating. Although QR codes were posted in the waiting area, they directed users only to the general RRISD theatre website, not the direct ticket purchasing page. A more streamlined process would significantly improve the overall experience. I later learned that tickets could be easily purchased through the “Hometown” app, which I found to be fairly simple to navigate.
