There is multi law suits going on against the owners there slum lords from New York they only want money but don't fix no problems I got tired of haven live wires exposed suck up fan to my stove didn't work my front door wouldn't shut my ac didn't work no filter for the ac either the laundry mat didn't have power for months there is a lot of theft that also occurs here at night time. It's mediocre apartments
Cedar ridge is a great place to live family friendly environment, responsible price, cute apartments, and huge shout out to the apartment manager Stacy she goes above and beyond for her tenants she communicates well If i have any issues she addresses them right away thank you for all you do for us
This is a safe place with almost immediate response time within a day or 2 of request. The tenants here are also really friendly
