There is multi law suits going on against the owners there slum lords from New York they only want money but don't fix no problems I got tired of haven live wires exposed suck up fan to my stove didn't work my front door wouldn't shut my ac didn't work no filter for the ac either the laundry mat didn't have power for months there is a lot of theft that also occurs here at night time.
