The employees are like a big extended family. So helpful and always there to help you in any way .
They continue to call and text me regarding a patient who is not me, even after I replied “STOP” to the messages. I have also called previously to explain that they have the wrong phone number listed for their patient. I was told the information would be corrected, but I am still receiving calls and messages. I’m hoping someone sees this review and can address the issue and remove my number from their records. I understand mistakes happen, but this has continued despite multiple attempts to have it corrected.
Was with them for 2 years, doctor went on Vacation and they expected me to spend 2 days without medicine. Evil people.. do not recommend going with them. Apparently they have trouble understanding the 22nd is before the 24th.... My appointment was the 24th, I ran out of medicine on the 22nd... Seems pretty straightforward, but they pretended like that wouldn't leave me without medicine for 2 days. Never had any problems here until a woman named Tammy took over the front desk, I can only assume she is most of the problem, but... read more
Tammy was amazing she stayed late she was supposed to get off at 5 she didn't get to leave until 5:30 then helped me from her home she went beyond super nice
