Ordered front and back tires for my 2015 Triumph Thruxton because the website said it was in stock. The very next day I get an email saying they're waiting for the shipping container to arrive, and if I want to cancel. I replied no. That was on 11/11/2025. Reached out on 1/2/2026 and was told they hope it arrives end of January. I am still waiting and hopeful this doesn't turn into a 6-month issue. I don't understand why tracking doesn't exist for such large shipments across the ocean. Anyway, wish me luck.
Ordered a tire for my motorcycle that the website said was in stock. 1 Day after ordering i got an email from them saying it is not in stock, and they cannot give me an ETA of when it would ever be back in stock. Did not give me any alternatives.. just asked if i wanted to wait indefinitely...said it could even be 6 months for it to come in.
I don't appreciate you spamming my work email. If I wanted to buy from you I would have asked. Now I won't ever do business with you because you have pissed me off by spamming me and a ton of other dealerships. Don't ever contact me again.
Wow! Rolling from WI to NM we had a blowout on a trailer tire just outside of Cedar Rapids. These fine folks put a new tire on our spare wheel and had us on our way in no time. Thank you, CRT!!
