These people are fantastic and some of the most professional agents you will find in government agencies. I arrived to get a disability card for my automobile. When I arrived, the check in kiosk said they were no longer taking walk ins. There were less than 5 people in the office awaiting assistance at 2pm. Trump gutted dot funding, now we suffer the consequences. They cant staff properly, so we went from a maybe 2 hour wait to a 5 hour wait, get sent home because its closing time, come in the next day at opening, wait another 5 hours.

Still waited 20 minutes. They go by your appt time vs arrival. When I arrived at 12:34 only 3 stations open. Lunch time breaks?? But I was still out of there by 1:10. 2 more stations opened at 1pm for a total of 5. Check-in appeared to be confusing for a few older folks that came in. Make sure you bring your conf email so you have the # they ask for.
