Horrible place for business. The fact that I had to sit here for 2 hours just to get a new ID is absolutely absurd. Then while sitting here lobby full with approximately 25 to 30 ppl in the lobby they proceeded to start sending the clerks on lunch break instead of emptying the lobby first. Got atleast 10 booths but only 5 ppl working them. Either hire more ppl or have said ppl be far more efficient at their job. 2 hours for an ID is atrocious.
Pack a lunch, you're going to be there a while, even with a reservation. The only saving grace is that the people working there are very nice.
This location is better than others I live 2 miles away from one of them but I preferred this location with Miranda. She was kind friendly both visits and passed me Here. I also practiced all summer. It paid off driving 60 miles from home to this location
I came as a walk-in in the morning to update my driver’s license and was seen within 30min. The process itself was really quick, about 10min. There’s a lot of seating in the area and free WiFi.
