I'm glad the staff are kind and love to connect with people instead of the typical hate myself and everyone else attitude, but the two workers slow chatting for half an hour while someone with a 5 min wait sat for an hour is ridiculous. Me and the 5 others after me could have been in and out in less then 20 had you sped up the process.
