FPI management has numerous lawsuits against them. Most of them to do with fraud in some way. Cedarpoint is no different! For several years they have claimed to have been a Brand New luxury senior living community. What they don't tell you is they opened the doors to sec8 shortly after my parents and I moved in, and the place has gone down ever since. They claim to be a smoke free property. You have never seen such landlord bait-switch with commercial leases that aren't explained, nor understood by any senior. Rents are raised every six months, ripping off elderly tenants who don't understand, and are living on SS limited income. This property is owned by CA mega Co. FPI Management.
