Beautifully built homes, high ceilings, open floor plan and fantastic built in home features. Community is a bit awkwardly situated. Short driveway with not a lot of extra parking options for guests.
The location of the community is really awkward. There are so many new construction in a more desirable location in lynnwood and Bothell. But for this one, huge highway noise, no access to anything in walking distance, overpriced houses
Interesting places and really like the floor plans, but whoa... so expensive
