After living in Village 7 of the same community I can tell you villages 1-5 are far better then village7 as far as kindness of it’s residents and HOA staff. Less hassles less nosy people more kindness overall.
They make their own rules as they go each complex is has its own HOA would not recommend purchasing there period HOAs go up every year oh whenever they feel like it it's like being in high school clicky members of some of the HOA live there and that is controversial as they make up their own rules as they go along rules of strict purchase a home and pay for your own landscaping at the end of the day it's better for resale good luck
