It's awful when I went to visit my friend here they had bed bugs and roaches the staff were very disrespectful and the clients weren't tooken care if they got very minimal food and only 3 showers a week they took your whole check but expected you to buy soap shampoo pads ECT this place needs to be shut down! The owner is very disrespectful when I contacted him about this he laughed and said that I was lying as "that could never happen" america is awful for letting this happen and it's not just this group home.

James Otis never treated the people who lived there with respect.
tried to get my brother in there and the man in charge(James something) was mocking us on the phone and thru the whole interview. don't let your family members suffer this man's attitude.
