I purchased 4 planters from Cedar Planters, one 2’ raised, two 4’ raised and one 3’ planter box. 2 out of the 4 were assembled without issues but can’t say the same for the other two. One 4’ raised has 3 pre drilled holes that don’t align with the black frame/legs and the 3’ planter box has 3 pre drilled holes each in 2 corners that didn’t align! Exceptional product and exceptional customer service. Very happy with the planter and the fact that it is a Canadian made product. Going to buy a couple more for next year. Right down to the tools they provide for assembly everything was top quality!
Ordered on May 25th and still not delivered almost 3 weeks later. After lodging a complaint, I was updated 4 days ago that a shipping label was created but the item is not yet with UPS. The website should indicate that it may take several months to receive the planter to manage expectations. I would have ordered elsewhere.
