I bought two raised planters several months ago and put them together today. They look very good but there was a quality control issue in that every corner had two or three pre-drilled holes on the wood that did not align with the pre-drilled holes on the metal corner legs and in a few cases the holes were so close to cross-boards that the nut would not fit on. Between the two units, I had to re-drill or enlarge 15-20 holes, which doubled the time I think it should have spent to assemble them.
I bought my 3rd this fall, put together this spring. Love the new liner, fits perfectly. The new bag for the bolts is a great touch and the seed card is awesome! My 2 from the season before survived a Colorado winter and look perfect! So easy to build. Thank you! Elbows up!!!
Received my cedar planter and feet but never received my summer cover bugs or my winter cover that were stated to have been in order from ups. I emailed first time to see when my order was going to be shipped out which was replied too in a couple of days. Now I’ve emailed them 3 times and called numerous times and left 2 voicemails asking where the rest of my order is. Customer service is very poor. Wanting 2 more cedar boxes but definitely holding off.
Just received my two planters. I am so impressed with the entire sales , delivery and assembly process. The packaging is excellent, you can tell that a lot of thought went into this. The seed paper used for the instructions is a great idea. Finally, the planters look great and the hardware provided is high quality and well designed. Pat yourselves on your backs, well done!
