My Dr. scheduled a DXAAX8 bone density test here since I'm turning 60 and hadn't had one before, and not only did my insurance decline paying anything at all (below ded is what i was told), Ascension is charging ME $716.01, telling me that's a "fair and reasonable" amount. I could have had this exact same test done for $75 at ARA. Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!! I'd give negative stars if I could. and the kicker? my insurance said their negotiated rate for that test is $349.61. What a ripo... read more

I have been coming here since I had breast cancer in 2022- the staff is always friendly and helpful. They were amazing during all the appointments and continue to give the best care when I come!
This place is a joke. A rattlesnake is friendlier than the front desk and every single time you go in you sign more paperwork than buying a house. And they are never on time. I am so glad ARA is back in network for our insurance, as I will never come back here. STAY away from here if you can.
Newly relocated and my first visit for a routine mammogram was fine. I filled out authorization forms to retrieve my previous scans from out of state. I was phoned and advised I needed to come back for a diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound. Four days or so later I was back and this visit was different. The woman at the from desk was cold and short and had me filling out the same paperwork as I did less than a week ago.
