I have been coming here since I had breast cancer in 2022- the staff is always friendly and helpful. They were amazing during all the appointments and continue to give the best care when I come!
This place is a joke. A rattlesnake is friendlier than the front desk and every single time you go in you sign more paperwork than buying a house. And they are never on time. I am so glad ARA is back in network for our insurance, as I will never come back here. STAY away from here if you can.
Newly relocated and my first visit for a routine mammogram was fine. I filled out authorization forms to retrieve my previous scans from out of state. I was phoned and advised I needed to come back for a diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound. Four days or so later I was back and this visit was different. The woman at the from desk was cold and short and had me filling out the same paperwork as I did less than a week ago. This place is a joke. They cannot read the xrays nor the imaging they take and have to contract another service, ARA DIagnostic to read the images. It makes no sense going to this location. Save time and repeated imaging, because Cedar Park Regional performs sloppy work, and go straight to ARA Diagnostic. Save yourself time and money. I had to give them at least one star, which I do under protest, because it won't let you post until you do.
I had an exceptional experience at the women’s imagining center today. Many other imaging centers in the AReA are grabbing for money and demonstrate a considerable lack of empathy for patients. Fatima was incredibly kind and patient, even providing me time to call my doctor’s nurse and clarify a few things prior to the exam. I felt entirely comfortable, cared for, and never pressured. The next time I need imaging, this facility will be my first choice.
