Don't go here - I called as I was a past client of GT sleep center that closed. So I called to see if I could get a travel device for a trip IM taking on 9 weeks from now - this place couldn't even get me in to be seen for like 3 months. They were also very rude about it, and even though I had a previous rx, would not observe it or offer any help.
Omg Jose Esparza was the GREATEST ever. What a kind, nice compassionate person. I went in TERRIFIED with claustrophobia he helped me find the perfect mask. Having “the worst case of CSA” my doctors ever saw from my medication from Multiple Sclerosis I was so worried. He was so kind and reassuring. He even let me sleep the way I wanted and talk every panic through. He was so patient and kind. Amazing 20/10 of that’s possible he got it! Wow. I can’t remember the technician’s name at the moment, however he was extremely professional, ethical and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and in good condition. The evening run smoothly. I highly recommend the facility.
Jennifer was so kind. She walked me through everything and was the sweetest. It made the usually not so nice experience so much better. Thank you!
