Over capacity and under staffed. I went in via ambulance due to severe upper gastric pain, chest and back pain, inability to eat or drink anything. Once at the er I was unloaded in the waiting area instead of a room or a bed. I had to ask for a walker or wheelchair to stand with due to not being able to sit since i was 7 days post total hip replacement. This place sucks,they are terrible people everyone that works there have horrible attitudes especially the check in nurse with blonde hair and a sleeve of flowers tattoo she's a real piece of work why is she still employed there cuz how she treated my wife is inexcusable,We waited for 3 hours so we left,and went to St.Davids Leander and she was admitted immediately and they ran tests and the doctor there told me "If y'all waited much longer she would of probably had a heart attack or a stroke" because her potassium was 2.1 w... read more
On April 7th and into the early hours of April 8th 2026. I was seen in the ER with Bladder pain and blood clots in my urine. My pain was managed and I received IV fluids. I was also getting a CT scan. During my CT I realized I had a pair of scissors in my pocket from cutting up cardboard for crafts. I panicked and tried to remove them from my body and had dropped them on the floor. The CT tech showed me the first image before I removed the scissors and her tone and demeanor changed.
