My ER visit was awful. I arrived in excruciating pain, screaming, and passed out twice. They left me alone in a small side room, only to discover later that my appendix had ruptured and I needed emergency surgery. I've had five previous surgeries and a difficult pregnancy, so I know from experience that Zofran does not work for me. Before surgery, I specifically told the staff that I become extremely nauseated after anesthesia and asked that they use a different medication. Despite that, I was given Zofran anyway. This place is a joke and will be filing a complaint for how I was neglected and harmed in this hospital. I came in with agonizing pain and was there was not anyone in the waiting room. They did take me immediately back and assessed me. However, when they were ready to insert an iv it was a student with no supervision. I kindly asked for someone with experience to insert it The person in the front yelled back at me that I would have to wait. She finally came in and placed an iv in my arm and sent me to another waiting area. W... read more

My husband, a 100% disabled Veteran with documented severe lumbar spine injuries and multiple herniated discs, presented to the Emergency Room after being advised by the VA to seek immediate evaluation and imaging due to rapidly worsening neurological symptoms and debilitating pain. DONT EVER GO THERE. Don’t ever go there. Nite mare. Poor employees with bad bed side manners. Very slow. Nurses don’t take pride in job. Understaffed for amount in waiting room. They said busy/full, yet empty rooms everywhere Nurse put a sloppy IV in my husbands (patient) arm. Blood was all over the clothing and chair. Blood was in the tubing. Nurse said he’d clean it up later. Just left the blood there until husband moved to another cubicle. He then wiped blood off with wet towel. IV drip was finished. Told nurse. Said he c... read more

US Acute Care Solutions (the organization for the actual health care providers at this hospital) is terrible they also ask you for a google review but then hide it behind another google review account so you never see the 100s of 1 star reviews. I was here for 4 hours and got 5 mins of patient care. I was discharged with no solution and a had issues getting my prescriptions. I was basically just ignored on my concerns by the NP (it wasn’t until another nurse pulled the charge nurse to talk to me I got any context). Anyways b... read more
