Everyone was so kind to me and took amazing care of me.
Rode in an ambulance to then be dropped off in waiting room. Nope they were not crowded! Then they forgot they told ambulance people to put me there! Had to ask someone in ER to see if they would help me! When I got to ER service was awesome but how do you forget someone who came in on a gurney through the ER ? There was only one more person in the waiting room, and she came after I did. Unreal. Then when I got to room 11 there was barely anybody back in the back there were plenty of rooms opened so I still don’t understand ... read more
Staff was amazing! I was cared for with professional people who actually cared about my situation. They all went above and beyond even in the midst of a packed emergency room. Thank you
During my recent (unplanned :/ ) visit to the CPRMC ED, I had an excellent experience. From the triage nurse to the ER doc, everyone was professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience.
