I honestly wish I could give it no stars..maybe even take some away. I never should have authorized the paramedics to take me here. That was the mistake. I genuinely feel that I would have been treated better if I had been deceased upon arrival. I arrived by ambulance sometime around 6pm, I think. The first doctor that talked to the medics just inside the door literally didn't spare me a second glance and just said "she's just hyperventilating." And moved on. That was it. I am updating my previous good review which was for ONLY one person at one time. After our last experience I have had it completely with this hospital and will not be back! I really believe it might be the WORST run hospital on the planet! Took my partner who was white as a sheet, ice cold, in agony and there was no one at the front. We waited and finally someone came out and without a drop of compassion said "No one is at the front, they're busy." I said we filled out the form. Context: Had our firstborn child. 6 stars, if we could. The medical team took what was one of the scariest things we have ever done in our lives, including all of the injections and blood draws from my spouse who has a very bad vasovagal reflex, and made it smooth, gave us confidence, and treated us with respect and encouragement in our next journey. Even as the dad, I was allowed and encouraged to be very involved in the logistics of welcoming our child into our lives.
Great stuff! I want to give, a big,big thanks to Gianna Fontana,a very dedicated nurse! she’s awesome, she help my daughter when she was on labor, she was above and beyond to make her comfortable she also make her laugh, when she was on too much pain, Gianna, we love you, thanks again
My friends iv literally blew twice and they got all sassy with her cause they kept having to fix it as if their wasn't blood all over her 🤦♀️
