Ended up in ER this afternoon severe pan stemming from a bowel obstruction. The staff at the ER department were 100% on their game today. From the triage Nurse, attending nurse, PA, cat scan operator, all of them provided quick, 1st class medical care. A big Thank you to all ER staff👏👏👏

My family and I will never trust this hospital’s emergency department and med surge floor with our care ever again. My husband was accused of being a drug seeker by his doctor. Appalling bedside manner, no compassion, and extreme lack of ability to differentially diagnose or refer to specialist.

Today I was at a doctors appointment to address some hip issues. She encouraged me based on my issues to go to the emergency room. She told me that Cedar Park Hospital was part of the Seton family and so I went there. What a huge mistake. After getting through triage I was told to go sit in another holding room. About 45 minutes later a woman came in and said she was going to examine me. She did not. She took me to her room, looked at her spiral notebook, and talked at me.
