I recently delivered my baby girl in this hospital and my experience was very good. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the coordination with meals was a little messy. Even though we had placed an order for dinner on the evening I had my delivery, no dinner was served. Javi and Sujin were my nurses in the L and D side and both were exceptionally good and caring. This is the hospital that I recommend you go to if you are suffering from an ailment. Very positive and friendly, most definitely 100% better than BSW..
Worst administrative service, keep cancelling my appointments; Thank God i switch to Baylor Scott & White they save my life with open heart surgery.
I took my daughter there because she kept throwing up. While we were in registration she threw up 3 times. Then as we set in the waiting room for about an hour she threw 4 times. While she's throwing up l watch 3 people who came in after us get treated. I decided to take her to a different hospital. I took her to an urgent care on 1431. The staff there were great. They took her straight back and started treating her. Please don't take your love ones to Cedar Park Emergency Department!
Context: Had our firstborn child. 6 stars, if we could. The medical team helped make what was one of the scariest things we have ever done in our lives, including all of the injections and blood draws from my spouse who has a very bad vasovagal reflex, and made it smooth, gave us confidence, and treated us with respect and encouragement in our next journey. Even as the dad, I was allowed and encouraged to be very involved in the logistics of welcome our child into our lives.
