I had such a great experience for my daughter Heather.
My experience at at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center back in February 2025 was a necessary visit to the ER after developing left side pain with nausea and vomiting. I was received into trauma area quickly and every staff member I met was courteous and professional. Labs and scans were obtained and my diagnosis was given to me with a plan for surgery procedure which would be in a few hours. And then I would go home. I was pleased with the staff and the care. Th wait was unacceptably long. My appointment was at 3:30. I was called back to the treatment room at 4:00 and finally examined by the nurse practitioner at 4:30.
