Excellent care with one exception In the ER Gabrielle rude, mean, argumentative, insist I get a walker yet have me no prescription for one so my insurance would pay or better yet provide a walker. if I ever return I refuse to deal with Gabrielle she does not have qualifications to be any kind of health care professional On the other hand Teri was wonderful, Dr Abii also was wonderful
Worst hospital to have a baby at. Not a pleasant time at all for mom or dad. Bedside manner is terrible here. Mom gets zero rest due to a nurse coming in and doing g rhe same exact thing a different nurse did 20 min prior. We see aboit 10 different nurses come in the room a day and theyre not all on the same page with things. Very pushy photography saleslady barged in the room without even knocking and pretty much forced us into take "free" photos of the baby and mom and then tries to pressure us into paying $50 per picture ... read more
Phenomenal!! The whole process from check in to discharge went smoothly. The quality of care at this facility was exceptional! Despite them being busy everyone from the techs to the doctors showed such a high quality of care. And even though they said their wait time was long- it really wasn’t, at least to us. So thankful this facility is serving the community!
All personnel that I came into contact with were very professional and courteous. I can not speak enough about how good I felt about being in their hands. Great people!
