Had to wait over an hour for my appointment! They told me to arrive 30 minutes early for an 8am appointment, seemingly for no reason as I did absolutely nothing but wait as you fill out all of your information online prior to the appointment. Then waited weeeelllllll past my appointment time and no one has and sympathy for your wasted time!
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Ascension Seton Imaging in Cedar Park this past week. From the moment I arrived, the front desk interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The receptionist, who was training another employee, spoke to me in a condescending and rude way. The two stars are for the mammography techs. The staff that answers the phones have no business working phones and deserve less than zero stars. Awful!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I arrived on time for the first appointment of the day and waited for over an hour. The staff acknowledged there was a delay, but I was never given a realistic estimate of how much longer it would be. After waiting that long, I finally left without ever being seen. I understand that delays happen, but patients deserve honest communication and respect for their time.
