I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the Ascension Seton Imaging Center. First, they do not offer digital pre-check-in documentation, which means patients must arrive at least 30 minutes early just to fill out paperwork. This is very inconvenient and requires taking extra time off work. Second, the staff made a mistake and booked my appointment for the wrong date. I very rarely leave bad reviews. I’ve now had two different appointments set & confirmed by phone, only to be told that my appointment doesn’t exist in person. It takes me an hour & a half to get here by the time I drive to drop off my child to my parents. The imaging staff is great. The appointment staff is aweful. Just read the other reviews. I’m a cancer patient on Chemo this costs me energy, time & money. I haven’t eaten or taken key meds in 13 hours.

I called to make a appointment. The person answered the phone was cold and unfriendly. I asked about the insurance copay (they have my insurance information on record). I understand that she may not be able to help but she is also unwilling to transfer me to someone else can answer my questions. Hire a right person for this position can really bring them more business. This person is definitely not the right person. I cancelled my appointment and will not be back.

I took my 87 year old mother here for the first time. I’ve never been to an imaging place with her where the person doing the check-in just handed her a stack of papers to sign and did not smile, greet her, or talk her through the paperwork. I had to go over it with her. We will not be coming back here for imaging. ARA is much more friendly, helpful, and interactive.
