Confirmed with staff multiple times that I was scheduled for a 3D breast ultrasound and when I got back to the room it was a regular ultrasound. They then admitted they do not do 3D breast ultrasound, even though the order sent to them stated 3D breast ultrasound. So instead of calling the Dr and letting them know they don't do them they just did a regular anyway. They also coded incorrectly, but refused to change it, therefor costing me much more than I typically pay.
Tried calling to schedule and appointment and the person was extremely rude
I just saw some bad reviews of this facility, as I have referrals for bone density and mammograms. Last year I was referred to Cedar Park Regional Family Imaging Center for my annual mammogram. ARA was not accepting patients with UnitedHealth Care at this time. I really enjoyed my experience with the Cedar Park Women's Imaging Center. It was a small room with a very nice receptionist. i was truly disappointed today when i came in for a diagnostic ultrasound/mammogram. needless to say i was anxious about being called back in for a followup, so i brought my sister with me. i was there at 12:30 - 30 minutes before my 1:00 appointment. and, finally at 1:20 i checked back with the front desk and they called the tech again. at 1:30 the tech called me in. i got up and said i wanted my sister to go in with me for the ultrasound. “Only patients can go back” was her terse response. not a word of acknowledgment that... read more
The scheduling practices of this establishment resulted in a significant inconvenience. Upon my timely arrival for a scheduled appointment, I discovered the premises to be closed. It was subsequently determined that this appointment had been erroneously scheduled one month prior to the date communicated to me via telephone. Attempts to contact the designated supervisor, Mrs. Damika, were unsuccessful due to the provided telephone number being disconnected.
