I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a while with this imaging center, and they have made it extremely difficult to do so. First of all, their answering service is extremely rude and don't know essential information that needs to be provided in a simple scheduling call. I was very disappointed with my experience. I traveled to the facility for a bone density test, waited in the lobby, and completed all required paperwork, only to be told afterward that my insurance was out of network and I would need to pay out of pocket. Insurance eligibility should be verified before scheduling, or at least communicated in advance so patients are aware before arriving. The scheduler at this Family Imaging Center is the most insensitive, rude, unprofessional, mean person I have ever had to deal with. When returning a call to schedule an appointment I am treated so rude. I'm thankful we don't have any life-threatening issues to deal with because I would be unable to endure them while being treated that way trying to seek healthcare that I pay for which is my right and for which I deserve.

Absolutely the most unreliable and unprofessional medical establishment I’ve ever been asked to go to. I have had 2 appointments canceled and told I need to call to reschedule, then I showed up to the address provided only to be told it’s the wrong one. It’s another building over. I finally get to the right place (completely incorrect address) and am told I’m late and need to reschedule. This is totally unacceptable, what kind of low-effort business is this? Front desk staff was incredibly rude. Xray tech staff deserve 5 stars. I owed 20.62 cents for my Xray. They have no way to bill me except for on my cellphone. The front desk lady was extremely rude over 20 dollars. I stepped out to pay my bill and I was asked in front of everyone "Did you pay?" when I came back in the room after stepping out. Raked over the coals for 20 dollars. I have never had a front desk person be so rude and condescending to me. Maybe make it easier for people to pay their dues? I am 74yrs old and I str... read more
