I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this office. Dr. Vemulapalli and the staff here are all very wonderful and attentive. They have consistently made sure that I am comfortable, explained procedures to me, and react very quickly to any possible discomfort that I might be feeling. I’m legitimately surprised to see some of the other reviews that claim the staff or the doctor herself are rude or greedy. Repeated attempts to get the addition documentation filed with insurance correctly resulted in additional out-of-pocket costs. The attitude of the billing department was very difficult to work with - they repeatedly informed me documentation was sent, but our insurance carrier repeatedly said it was not. You are on your own to work it out if any wires get crossed.
I had a gum graft and bone implant and had a great experience, even when I had concerns post op, they always had the door open, followed up on the phone and helped ensure all my concerns were addressed. The staff is great and no complaints
I'm not usually one to complain, but after having a great experience at a different dental office, I felt compelled to talk about the HORRIBLE experience I had here. I have excellent dental hygiene routines, so my teeth and gums are very healthy, but I made an appointment here because, after years of bruxism, I noticed my gums were drastically receding and I wanted to ask if I needed gum grafts, or if the doctor had any other suggestions for me.
