2024: Dr. Bert and his assistant Nelda made our first and second visit to the dentist an easy and positive one. Five stars. 2026: He may have sold this practice though, because we’ve been seen by a different doctor for our third and fourth visits and our experience as of late has been less than ideal. Three stars.
